BackBerry Handheld Camera Won’t Zoom Error and Fix.
A common problem with Blackberry is that the camera may not zoom or work.
Neither the track ball nor the volume up key will allow the camera to zoom. The track ball isn’t stuck, but the Blackberry phone’s digital camera will not zoom anymore when using the trackball. When switching the screen off of full screen and try to zoom, it does nothing.
To fix Blackberry camera won’t zoom problem, you just need to perform a hard reset. Remove the battery from the BackBerry device while it is still powered on. Leave the battery out for about 20 seconds, then reinsert the battery. After it boots up the camera zoom should work fine.
Another way is to restart it is to press alt+caps and press delete. does the same thing as if you would have taken your battery out. Now the phone camera will work.
Just like a computer, your RIM BlackBerry Device will have issues from the fact that most of us leave them on 24/7 without any kind of restart.
