RIM telah umumkan rilis BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software versi 2.0 untuk Mac.
Beberapa fitur tambahan dan perubahan di BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac v2.0.0.64 termasuk:
1. Switch devices – Switch your existing BlackBerry device and transfer your data and settings to a new BlackBerry device.
2. Music – Synchronize your music by artist and genre as well as by playlist.
3. Pictures and videos – Synchronize and import pictures and videos. An improved experience when synchronizing your music and loading software updates.
4. Wi-Fi® music sync – With BlackBerry® 6 devices, you can use Wi-Fi music sync to download or remove songs and playlists from your music library on your computer to your device. Your music is updated when you’re within range of your Wi-Fi connection for your computer or when you connect your device with a USB cable.
5. Device support – Support for BlackBerry 6 devices.
