How to delete data, contact log and messages on BlackBerry Device
If you want to delete all data on BlackBerry handheld, from home menu
go to options>security options> General Settings>push menu button> click wipe handheld – this will delete everything on the BlackBerry device phone’s memory.
If you have an SD memory card installed in your Blackberry, ( check tiny slot on the back- right side of the phone) and you want to wipe that (data in memory card) too.
Then go to options>memory>push menu and format – this deletes everything that’s on the card.
Contacts are usually saved on the BlackBerry device sim card. if you insert yours, and it still has the others, deleting one by one.
To delete E-mail -
from menu> set up> set up internet E-mail> if you have a data plan it will send you to a page that has an E-mail already set up on the phone, and let you edit or delete this E-mail.
If one is not set up on the phone, then it will have you go through a process to set up e-mail.
