BBM New Update 5.0.0.57

New Update Official Blackberry Messenger Release v 5.0.0.57

RIM has updates its BBM 5 again after several release in the past month.

This is what RIM has announced of the new update:

Battery life has been improved with the latest BlackBerry® Messenger. This version also addresses some of the issues identified in BlackBerry Messenger 5.0.0.33 – 5.0.056 , such as file transfer not working or working slowly, no file preview, and file transfer requests expiring after a short period of time.

This version does not include any new features. The Check Spelling As You Type feature has been restored for all devices.

Setelah beberapa kali update BBM 5 resmi, ini dia di update lagi hari ini oleh RIM setelah banyak keluhan BBM Lemot dan BBM Notifications Error. Semoga BBM update terbaru ini dapat fix bugs.

Menurut RIM, selain fix bugs transfer file, bbm lemot, pesan tak terkirim atau lambat, versi terbaru ini juga lebih irit batterai! Wow!

Contacts Hilang Gak?

Ini yang sering ditanya. contacts hilang gak? Pada saat kami upgrade, semua contacts tidak hilang, tetapi TETAP Jangan lupa back up contacts list anda sebelum upgrade untuk menghindari hal yang tidak diinginkan, kami punya lancar bukan berarti semua lancar. Yang belum tau caranya, baca Cara backup BBM contacts list  di BBM 5

BBM saya Versi APA yah?

Bingung BBM anda versi apa? Sewaktu anda klik link download dibawah akan diberitahu versi BBM yang terinstal di BB anda. Atau cara cek versi aplikasi anda: Ke Options – Advance Options – Applications, cari Blackberry Messenger

Apa Saya Harus Upgrade?

Di sarankan upgrade seperti di umumkan oleh RIM, kenapa tidak? Kadang kami juga bingung menerima pertanyaan kenapa saya harus upgrade? Kalau ada versi yang baru resmi release oleh RIM kenapa tidak?

Apakah Versi ini RESMI?

Iya. Bisa dilihat di link download itu resmi dari website Blackberry.

Error Bugs yang di Laporkan

Ternyata masih ada beberapa isu error yang dilaporkan (baca di bagian komentar dibawah) seperti:

  • status tidak terupdate,
  • foto profile tidak terupdate
  • atau pending invites

Itu hal yang normal, bukan karena anda upgrade ke BBM57 terjadi begini, ini dikarenakan anda melakukan upgrade dan ping/synchron ulang ke server RIM dan perlu waktu untuk synchron total. Coba saja downgrade kembali, dan hal yang sama tetap terjadi. Jadi sabarlah, anda bisa baca berita kenapa BBM lemot dan error kemarin

Error: Notifications BBM muncul, setelah baca tidak Hilang

Ada yang melaporkan masalah adanya notifications BBM muncul di home screen, setelah baca, notifications tetap ada dan tidak hilang.

Kalau anda mengalami masalah ini, pastikan apakah notifications itu dari BBM – Blackberry Groups dan apakah anda baca dari folder utama “MESSAGES”, sekarang ke BBM anda, buka blackberry groups chat yang punya notifications dan notifications akan hilang. Notifications dari chat BBM Blackberry Groups tetap tampil kalau baca dari folder messages. Dengan BBM 5.0.0.57 , anda bisa matikan blackberry groups notifications di group profile options. Silakan coba.

Kalau masih tidak hilang ini dikarenakan , pada saat anda upgrade BBM terbaru, ada messages BBM yang masih unread (belum kebaca) maka notifications masih “hang” disitu.

Solusi:

Solusinya hanya bisa coba delete dan reinstall BBM. Delete dari options-advance options-applications, cari BBM dan klik delete, lalu restart /reboot, dan setelah reboot install ulang dengan download link tersebut dibawah dan reboot lagi:

Kemarin kami menerima pertanyaan isunya ada versi BBM 6.0.66! Kalau menerima isu berita aneh aneh, check aja di BerryIndo.com 🙂 Kalau link nya resmi dari Blackberry, coba aja klik untuk mengecek apakah versi itu terbaru. Link tersebut dibawah akan instal versi terbaru walaupun sudah lebih baru daripada v 5.0.0.57

The first list of features is available in the ‘rogue’ release, the rest we’ll be working on:

New Blackberry Messenger Official Release Resmi from RIM Research in Motion available for Download

Finally, sudah ditunggu tunggu teman teman BerryIndo.com blackberry messenger terbaru untuk semua blackberry handheld official release BBM v 5.0.0.55 dari RIM setelah beberapa leak version kemarin v 5.0.0.52 dan v 5.0.0.54

Ini fitur baru yang diupdate ke versi BBM 5.0.0.55:

bisa kirim voice note
bisa setting automatic menerima voice notes
new bbm icon hanya robah sedikit
bisa preview pictures yang diterima sebelum downloading
downloading picture lebih cepat
smoother interface
group chat more responsive

di BBM 5.0.0.55 juga ada fitur baru “turn off all notifications for this group”, caranya:

buka group yang anda ingin robah settings,
klik menu BB
pilih “group details”
scroll ke paling bawah ada option “on” / “off”
“turn off all notifications for this group”

Apakah cocok untuk os diubawah 4.7+ karena kemarin yang leak version itu hanya untuk os 4.7+ dan os5. Kami belum coba tetapi karena ini resmi download di website RIM, kami rasa tidak bermasalah. Ini yang kami dapat dari website download:

“If you have older devices running OS 4.0 or 4.1, you will receive 1.0.94 version of BlackBerry® Messenger. The newer version is only available for device running OS 4.5 and higher.” berarti os 4.6 seharusnya cocok

BBM 5.0.0.52 Leak

Blackberry Messenger New Leak Version 5.0.0.52

Ini dia Blackberry Messenger versi terbaru versi LEAK v5.0.0.52 untuk update versi BBM5 sebelumnya yang official 5.0.0.33.

Update 12 December 2009 – New BBM Leak v 5.0.0.54

Versi LEAK BBM

Versi 5.0.0.52 adalah versi “LEAK”. Untuk yang masih belum mengerti apa itu “leak” yaitu adalah versi BETA yang belum di luncurukan secara resmi oleh Blackberry / RIM. Versi leak ini punya fitur baru tetapi belum 100% stabil.

Ini fitur baru yang diupdate ke versi BBM5:

  1. bisa kirim voice note
  2. bisa setting automatic menerima voice notes
  3. new bbm icon hanya robah sedikit
  4. bisa preview pictures yang diterima sebelum downloading
  5. downloading picture lebih cepat
  6. smoother interface
  7. group chat more responsive

Perhatian:

Kami sudah coba install BBM v5.0.0.52 leak ini kepada Blackberry Bold dan Javelin kami dengan OS5 dengan sukses tetapi kami tidak bisa jami bahwa Versi ini akan cocok untuk semua jenis Blackberry. Link dibawah ini aktif pada saat kami posting tetapi kami tidak bisa jamin tetap akan aktif selamanya.

Pertanyaan FAQ: Ini beberapa pertanyaan dari members:

Apakah contacts akan hilang pada saat upgrade?
Pada saat kami install update, tidak hilang sama sekali, tetapi tetap disarankan untuk backup contacts remotely ke RIM dengan daftar email anda ke RIM.
Caranya, buka BBM, klik menu BB, pilih backup contacts remotely

Apakah saya harus delete BBM lama utk upgrade?
Tidak usah, anda bisa timpah saja ke BBM lama anda, pada saat instal timpa, ada beberapa pesan apakah anda ingin timpa versi lama, pilih YES dan lanjut.

Apakah bisa untuk OS 4.6?
Seharusnya, bisa, kami juga belum coba utk OS lainnya, kalau anda tidak puas setelah upgrade, delete saja BBM lama di options, advance options, applications dan install ulang BBM 5 resmi v.5.0.0.33 di http://www.blackberry.com/messenger atau tunggu saja yang resmi, akan kami posting disini setelah ada pengumuman release official BBM dari RIM

Sebelum download:

  • Pastikan sudah backup data anda.
  • Utk pemakai Onyx/Storm2 atau Bold/Jave/Gemini dgn OS 5 Silahkan langsungg download.
  • Utk OS 4.xx yang dapat error “INVALID COD” berarti blackberry anda blm bisa memakai bbm ini.
  • Utk ‘Download Failed” harap dimaklumkan karena ribuan user dari berbagai dunia sedang mendownload. Dicoba terus saja.
