Kenapa Profile Picture / Foto / Avatar tidak tampil di Blackberry Messenger?
Beberapa hari ini kami menerima pertanyaan seperti diatas, foto tidak tampil dan masalahnya ada di server RIM yang dalam process perbaikan. Ini ada jawaban support ticket dari Blackberry RIM dibawah.
Ada beberapa yang sudah lakukan ping ker server RIM berhasil tampilkan foto kembali namun tidak semua berhasil.

?One of our secret agents let us know that there is currently an ongoing outage for two features in BlackBerry Messenger.
Not the biggest deal but Avatar sharing and contact backups through email are not working.
I am not exactly sure about the scope of this but I ran into the issue last night when I was switching devices…

BlackBerry subscribers may be unable to view, update avatars or retrieve backup contact lists using BlackBerry Messenger 5.0
