Sebenarnya ada cara paling mudah untuk lock file, pakai aja FileScout, lalu rename file yg mau di lock, tambahkan .lck di belakang nama filenya. Selesai.

Extention gak perlu diganti, misalnya filenya star.png, kalo mau di lock rename jadi star.png.lck, atau whatever star.png.js juga boleh. Kalo mau di unlock yach tinggal rename lagi ke star.png.

Cara Explore File Memory Card

Cara Browse Explore file dan folders Device Memory dan Memory Card

Yang sudah punya applikasi file manager atau file scout memang sudah ada cara browse file dan folder.

Namun caranya bagaimana kita bisa browse files dan folders memory sd card atau device memory tanpa applikasi tambahan Blackberry?

Saya pengguna windows mobile sebelumnya yang sangat gampang untuk explore file and folders karena mirip windows desktop pada saat ganti ke Blackberry, sama sekali tidak ketemu cara cari files yang simpan ke memory card.

Rupanya fungsinya tersimpan di applikasi “Media” !

Jadi caranya untuk browse files and folders Blackberry anda adalah:

Buka Media
Klik menu BB pilih Explore
Dan muncullah 2 folder yaitu memory card dan device memory!

Begitulah caranya!

Blackberry File Manager System

FileScout Core Features:

  1. FileScout is a file system browser for your BlackBerry® (including hidden files)
  2. Create directories, copy, move, rename, or delete files
  3. Zip and Unzip files or complete directory structures with your BlackBerry® (no support for password protected zips)
  4. Copy and delete complete directory structures
  5. Open all media files (supported by your BlackBerry®)
  6. Register additional file types with other (3rd party) applications (if supported)
  7. Open files (like ini, xml, etc.) as plain text so you can edit, mark, copy, and paste text fragments of files that normally can’t be opened with your BlackBerry®. This can become very valuable when you receive email attachments that are not normally supported by your BlackBerry®
  8. Delete pre-installed wallpapers, videos, and ringtones in order to free memory on your device***
  9. Please note: once these features are deleted, the only way to get them back is to hard reset your device!
  10. Display thumbnails for supported image files (if enabled in the options)
  11. Search for files and directories on your BlackBerry® device
  12. Send any file as an email attachment to your BlackBerry® contacts
  13. Send any file via Bluetooth to another device that support OBEX
  14. Define a favorite directory list (as shortcuts)
  15. Show details for files & directories [modification date, is hidden, etc…]
  16. Resize (& rotate) images in order to save time and money when sending photos to your friends via your BlackBerry®
  17. Create playlists (across multiple folders)

Please Note:
Some files on BlackBerry® devices have some type of DRM (Digital Rights Management). As a result, these files cannot be copied or moved. FileScout will give you a warning once you try to copy a file that has ‘encrypted content’. FileScout will mark these files with a “caution” symbol. Additionally, in some cases, it will not be possible to delete this content.
