\n08. Sleep for 7 hours.
\n09. Take a 10-30 minutes walk

\n limits.
\n11. Don’t take yourself so.
\n seriously. No one else\u00a0does.

\n14. Envy is a waste of time.
\n You already have all

\n15. Forget issues of the past.

\n past. That will ruin your

\n16. Life is too short to waste
