How to Synchronize BlackBerry Smartphones Calendar with Computer
To sync your BlackBerry Smartphones calendar with your computer, you should install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software on your pc.
Then launch the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and connect your BlackBerry Device with laptop/desktop via USB > then click on Synchronize and activate the Synchronize organizer data checkbox > then click on the Configuration tab and click on the Configure sync button > Select all data checkboxes you want your BlackBerry being synchronized to.
You can choose address book, calendar, memopad and tasks. after selecting the data you have to select the program that stores your data on your desktop computer.
Now go back and you can select the Synchronize now button at the synchronize dialog.
You can also use another simple way to sync BlackBerry Smartphones calendar:
Open the desktop manager / Intellisync /Configure PIM and change the calendar to use the blackberry wireless calendar (vs outlook).
You might have to resync when done. The blackberry can now control any and all exchange calendar functions.
You can enable BlackBerry Smartphones wireless calendar synchronization from: Home screen> Calendar> Options > Wireless Synchronization> Select Change Option, then Yes .
Now Wireless calendar synchronization is enabled.
